The Server looked at me like I was CRAZY!!

This was what I ordered just yesterday for brunch. It was delicious.
However, the server looked at me as if I didn't know what I was ordering. Sure, as you can see the only cooked thing on the plate was the chicken breast and the hard boiled egg. Other than that, everything was raw and in its natural state.

I eat like this all the time and if more people would eat like this, our problem with this obesity epidemic would gradually be a thing of the past. Why is it that people wait until they get sick before they begin to eat a decent meal that is good for them?

I would imagine the most logical thing to do would be to eat more of these types of food BEFORE disease sets in.

wouldn't you agree?

It's a sad day in America when you are looked at like someone who had landed from Mars just because you ordered something that was good for you that didn't contain the usual  FAT, SUGAR & SALT that we have grown accustomed to eating and seeing.

That poor server would have bet her life on it that I was going to send that dish back.

Good thing for her she didn't because she would be DEAD right about now.

Alarming News!!! Is Our Food Really Safe??

The bottom line is that we as a nation are getting sicker.

36 children per day are being told that they have Cancer.

90% of Americans are either overweight or obese

We are a nation of processed people who continually choose to eat processed foods. These foods contain chemicals that are largely to blame for the increase in disease as well as our weight issues and concerns.

Folks sooner than later we have to first hold OURSELVES accountable for our health.

We must be more cognizant of the choices we are making when it comes to the foods as well as the drinks we are consuming.
