How many times have you heard this one?
But I hardly eat anything..
This is the very reason why I emphasize the fact that nutrition is 80%. What you are consuming shares a much larger part of the equation opposed to just emphasizing on the 10% being exercise.
For many of you, this is going to literally mean going in your cupboards and pantries and clearing out the foods that contain certain ingredients. This will be a painful thing for some of you and I apologize in advance.
But after all is said and done..
I am saving your life!!
