    Anyone can get fit regardless of your present age. Starting and staying committed is the hardest part.

    My only suggestions that I would add to the list are...

    #1. You need to stretch before and after your workout. Many people just think stretching out before your workout is sufficient; however, studies show that stretching out after will decrease your chances of muscle soreness as well as potential strains. It also aids in your recovery time

    #2.Most importantly-WATCH WHAT YOU CONSUME!!!
    Stay away from chemically engineered foods.
    No preservatives
    No additives
